The Rushmore Music Festival is committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, faculty, staff, volunteers, and community members. The Festival operates in compliance with applicable federal and state civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
The Festival is dedicated to ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities and will make reasonable accommodations to support participation in its programs, performances, educational activities, and events in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
