PROGRAM TUITION

$3,100 for all On-Campus students + Non-Refundable Application Fee

Tuition Breakdown

$1,350 Room & Board includes the following:

- Overnight accommodations on campus at Black Hills State University with full counselor supervision
- Daily meals
- Transportation to/from the Rapid City Regional Airport
- Transportation to off-campus concert venues
- Festival-organized field trips

$1,750 Tuition includes the following:

- All fees for private lessons, chamber coachings, and classes*
- Accompanist fees
- Piano tunings
- Free admission to three weekends of performances at the RMF Faculty Concert Series

*Extra private lessons requested by the student are not included

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Financial assistance is available to students in form of need-based aid and merit scholarship. Tax forms are required for need-based aid consideration and may be uploaded with application or emailed separately. Please consider seeking additional aid from your local arts organizations, churches, and schools.

DEADLINES

February 10th, 2020: Early Bird Student Applications due for those requesting priority financial assistance consideration (Save $25 on the Application Fee!)

March 10th, 2020: Student Applications Due

March 10th, 2020: Counselor Applications Due

June 1st, 2020: Tuition, Health & Travel Forms Due

REFUNDS

Tuition, minus a $250.00 cancellation charge & any associated bank transfer fees will be refunded to participants who withdraw prior to May 15th. No refunds will be granted after May 15th.
