Purchase Program Advertising for our 2019 Season

AD SUBMISSION: Designed Ads and artwork may be submitted via email directly Rushmore Music Festival strives to reproduce all advertising to high-resolution, industry quality standards. However, the advertiser, agency, and/or designer are responsible for the resolution and quality of images,

color match, font reproduction and all content errors. Rushmore Music Festival is not responsible for content errors in customer supplied materials but will address, in good faith, any suspected errors with the advertiser.

Partially Designed Ads: 06/01/2019

Ad Design Services: Rushmore Music Festival is glad to design your ad for you based on text and images that you supply at no extra cost. Please submit via email 1) a high resolution image (at least 300 dpi) of your logo in ai, eps, or pdf format, 2) any other materials or content (discounts, tagline, etc.) Information must be emailed at least 30 days before the final submission deadline. Late submissions may not be accommodated.

Upon design completion, a proof will be provided to you for approval before the Ad Deadline. Advertising rate includes one round of proofing.

PREFERRED FORMAT: High Resolution (300 dpi) PDF optimized. Use Adobe PDF preset High Quality Print. Please make sure PDF Files are Adobe 5 compatible. Fonts must be embedded or outlined/converted to paths or curves in EPS files.

Acceptable Applications: Adobe InDesign CS4, Adobe Illustrator CS4, Adobe Photoshop CS4 or newer versions.

DIMENSIONS: Ads submitted with incorrect dimensions will be returned to the advertiser for modification. Rushmore Music Festival may resize the ad, if possible, only with explicit permission from the advertiser.

BLEEDS: Be sure all copy and graphics that you do not want to be cut off are between 0.125” and 0.125” from the edge of your design.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully: By purchasing our advertising you or your agents agree that you are authorized to contract advertising services and that you understand the terms, conditions and guidelines below.

The content to be placed in the contracted space is as indicated. Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing no later than June 10, 2019. Publisher accepts no liability for verbal cancellation. The Advertiser or its Agent understands that if ad materials it has agreed to furnish do not arrive prior to the applicable deadline, then publisher may insert alternative copy including the Advertiser’s name, address, and phone number or the same ad as last issue and such placement shall constitute fulfillment by Publisher. Upon approving this ad, Advertiser warrants that s/he is duly authorized to use the advertising copy, cuts, or illustrations, trademarks or trade names in the manner shown.

The Advertiser understands and agrees that the location of any advertising on the page cannot be guaranteed, unless a premium guaranteed position is purchased and that its agency and/or designer submitting the completed ad and/or ad elements is responsible for the resolution and quality of images, color match, font reproduction and errors. Publisher is not responsible for errors submitted by or proofed by Advertiser. All Advertisers and ad placements are subject to approval by

Publisher. Liability of Publisher for and error or omission is limited to the prorated amount of the affected ad. The number of editions and copies distributed during a performance season may vary from pre-season estimates due to changes in performance schedules or attendance.
