All arrivals are to be scheduled on Sunday, July 1st. All departures are to be scheduled on Monday, July 16th. Airport pick-ups/drop-offs will be arranged for all students on those dates only traveling to/from the Rapid City Airport (RAP).
If you are considering attending the Music Academy or Composition Academy and would like to come as a family or a group, consider the following accommodation options:
- Stay in a local hotel
- Book a vacation home rental through Airbnb
- Stay at the University "Yellow Jacket" Apartments at a reduced rate (~$60/night)
Flights to Denver Airport (6hrs away) may be more affordable, especially when coming as a family. Some of our previous participants have chosen to rent a car to save on flight cost.
